What ever happened to the Life Time Fitness appeal of the Board of Reps' decision to deny their


The appeal is still pending.

After Life Time Fitness (d.b.a. High Ridge Real Estate Owner, LLC) filed their initial complaint on August 17, 2018, the Superior Court for the Judicial District of Stamford-Norwalk transferred the case to Hartford, per the parties' consent.

It appears there is a special "Land Use Litigation Docket" in the state, with subject matter expertise to hear the type of action such as the Life Time Fitness dispute.

No other pleadings have yet been filed, and the court has scheduled a conference call for January 3, 2019 at 9:30AM. Stay tuned . . .
